When Mike Bernhardt's wife died in 1991, he turned to writing poetry to express his grief and found it to be both cathartic and healing. Over time, he was contacted by hundreds of other people who felt the same way. Mike's book, "Voices of the Grieving Heart," is a collection of over 160 deeply authentic poems, short essays, and images contributed to him by 83 people whose loved ones died.
