About Our Guest
Dr. Mike Davis is Assistant Professor of History at Hampton University, an HBCU in Hampton, Virginia. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Davis previously taught at Laredo Community College in Laredo, Texas and Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida. His work deals with the intersection of religion, politics, and culture in 19th and 20th century America. His current projects include the first scholarly biography of Edgar Cayce as well as a spiritual history of Wilbur and Orville Wright.
