Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as "El Mencho," is one of the most notorious and powerful drug lords in the world. He is the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), a criminal organization based in Mexico that has become one of the most influential and violent cartels globally. Born in 1966 in Michoacán, Mexico, El Mencho started his criminal career in the United States before being deported back to Mexico, where he quickly rose through the ranks of the Milenio Cartel.

Under El Mencho's leadership, the CJNG has become notorious for its brutality, engaging in extreme acts of violence against rivals and Mexican authorities.
Despite being one of the most wanted men in the world, with a $10 million bounty on his head from the U.S. government, El Mencho has managed to evade capture, thanks to his sophisticated security measures and a network of informants. His cartel's influence extends internationally, contributing to the opioid crisis in the United States and destabilizing regions in Mexico. El Mencho's ability to remain elusive and maintain control over the CJNG makes him a central figure in the ongoing global fight against organized crime.
