Sean Kiernan interviews Keith Bear, Fellow, Centre For Alternative Finance, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Sean and Keith discuss whether the UK can develop an open banking approach to Central Bank digital currencies. And how fast is the UK progressing towards the digital pound?
Did the collapse of FTX signal the end of CEFI or centralized finance? And what are the lessons learned? Is a better way forward a greater convergence between traditional finance standards and decentralized finance tech innovation? And if so, where will that sort of convergence take place in practice?
