Sarah has expertise in service learning and youth leadership. She served as Chief of Impact at a consulting firm using positive organizational psychology for strategic planning, leadership development, and community building. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Program Impact and Evaluation at Creative Visions and is pursuing a second master's degree in evaluation and applied research at Claremont Graduate University.

Having recently returned to her native Maine after living in Thailand, Brazil, Italy, the UK, and NYC, Sarah is passionate about understanding belonging and the role of organizations in fostering community.
