Some people thrive on routine. If that works for you, fantastic! Keep doing it. But if it doesn't and you want to make a positive change in your world, but just can't quite figure out how to make something stick, then today's episode is for you.
Forcing yourself to do something at the same time, every single day, all of the time can sometimes feel limiting, it can feel boring, and it just might feel like it doesn't align.
So, how do you make a change without making a routine? How do you get something to stick and feel good about it?
In today's Powerback® episode, I'm going to share a method that I've been using that has helped me to incorporate healthy things without feeling so boxed in because routine makes me want to run for the hills.
We’ll go through:

  • Find something that works well for YOU
  • Change the label and refocus on the WHY
  • Evaluate if you have really given it a chance
  • Make sure to stack your habits
  • Use a bookend system: flexibility with bumper pads
