In today's episode, Dan and Jim start an interesting conversation regarding intellectual property (IP) in the tabletop space. Just about each and every game it seems like, is built or based on some sort of IP. We go back through our own history, and try to think back on some games that we were interested in, and why we were interested in them. Ultimately, it seems that today's consumer base, really bases a lot of their purchasing decisions on whether a game is ultimately a good game or not. It seems as though that did not always seem to be the case. Stay tuned as we discuss.
