Welcome to the show. Today we discuss the Spanish language (hence our intro) short Timothy (2013). Timothy is written and directed by Marc Martínez Jordán.
We had a wonderful time talking about the art, cinematography and the Spanish language of it all.

This week Victor recommends a throwback from his youth Surf Ninjas (1993). A movie about two brothers who discover they are long lost princes.
Carlos gives several recommendations this week. He recommends the work of Alice Maio Mackay overall. He enjoyed Bad Girl Boogey and So Vam and looks forward to further exploring her work. Carlos also recommends Mute Witness, the 1995 film directed by Anthony Waller. A film about a mute woman who sees something she shouldn't and no one around her except her sister can communicate with her in sign language.
