• When you are working in an organization, you can shirk some responsibilities and the organization will survive but when you’re running your own company, if you don’t get things done then you’re not putting food on the table.
• Just because you hire someone to do a job does not mean that job is going to get done. You need to learn how to motivate and inspire people to do their best and move the ball forward for the business.
• You can avoid one of the biggest mistakes so many businesses make by having good data and using it to create a financial forecast. Without that forecast as a map, you could be headed straight for a roadblock and not realize it until you hit it.
