Niki Wakeman has over 20 years experience helping many people recharge their energy through reflexology, energy healing, reiki and coaching as well as various types of message therapy. She holds The Retreat in Warwickshire where you can join various courses or have individualised therapeutic support. Today Niki joins me to talk about her journey from Theatre and TV to being a Healer, and the parallels of her life's journey.

That just means I incorporate different modalities into the therapeutic sessions and offer different approaches including counselling & psychotherapy, energy healing, and hypnotherapy.
