In today’s episode of the podcast, Tahli sits down with Narelle Fraser to talk about mental health in the workplace.

After an impressive 27-year career with the Victoria Police, specializing in sex offense and child abuse investigations, our guest, Narelle Fraser, found herself at a crossroads. A sudden diagnosis of post-traumatic stress injury forced her to bid farewell to a career she loved.

In the aftermath of that diagnosis, Narelle embarked on a journey to not only reclaim her mental wellbeing but also to advocate fiercely for opening the conversation around mental health.

She now hosts her own podcast, Narelle Fraser Interviews, which explores the human side and impact of crime, and is a keynote speaker and presenter with an ability to connect with audiences of all backgrounds.

Narelle's humility and kindness shine through as we delve into a conversation that goes beyond the surface. This episode is a testament to her strength and the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. I thoroughly enjoyed our chat, and I'm sure you'll find her insights both enlightening and empowering.
