In this short summer series episode, I give you 3 simple steps to OWN any boardroom you are in. I share my story of how I rocked it in some meetings, but in meetings with executives, I got quiet and intimidated.
I wish I'd known earlier the simple steps it would take to get respect and admiration by speaking my voice in any situation. Once I took these steps and shifted the subconscious patterns that were stopping me from speaking my truth in the boardroom, I got respect so I was treated like I BELONGED there. In every meeting.
