With over 20 years of experience as a US qualified lawyer, Kai has particular expertise in the funds sector, advising clients on fund formation and investment in a wide variety of private investment funds. He regularly advises sponsors on accessing the US and EU markets as well as on regional licensing and securities laws.

He has been ranked as a recommended lawyer in Chambers Global and the Legal 500 since 2012.
