In this episode, Jenn interviews her therapist, Jessica Karas Waterson!

She walks us through the different types of trauma, what it looks like at different stages in life and common symptoms and triggers attached to PTSD. Jessica also fills us in on resiliency, therapeutic resources and how to help a loved one that is healing from trauma.
