In this episode of The Mama Psychedelia Podcast, I chat with Leslie Draffin. Leslie is a Certified Psychedelic Integration Guide, Somatic Embodiment Coach, and podcast host. She is passionate about helping people embrace their bodies, cycles, sex and psychedelics. She supports conscious souls who want to heal themselves through intentional microdosing, pleasure, womb reconnection & somatic trauma recovery. In 2022, Leslie left her 15-year career as a TV news anchor after struggling with anxiety, depression & PTSD. She credits microdosing with helping her heal and igniting her pussy-led purpose. In this conversation we explore the themes of embodiment, authentic expression, cyclical living, the archetypes of womanhood sex, rebirth and the power of plant medicines to reorient and transform our consciousness.
