Franklyn and I met 25 years ago as pudgy high-school metalheads. I was always the heavier one, and grew heavier still. But by the time I’d lost the weight as a full-adult carnivore, Frank had developed a “dad bod.” To be stronger and live longer for his family, Frank sought better health and found it in a “carnivore-keto” lifestyle.

In this free-flowing convo, we discuss how eating meat and minimizing plant foods has healed Franklyn on multiple levels. This change has shaped how he raises three children with his supportive, naturopathic wife. Frank tells us not just how, but why they do what they do!

We share irrefutable anecdotes and debunk the anti-meat agenda! Frank also names a bunch of carnivores and other influencers he recommends for lifestyle insights.

This non-stop episode has something for parents, health nerds, conspiracy theorists, and probably anybody else who cares as much as they do ― about anything!

I’m very proud of Franklyn and his family, and know that you’ll get something out of his story. Frank is always good for solid advice or a corny joke. My fellow metalhead has truly gone full-dad.

This chat was an hour and a half! Yet it flies by every time I hear it.
