In this episode, I talk about a black man who was arrested in Houston, TX, and charged with robbery based on flawed facial recognition technology used by the store that is accusing him of committing the crime. He spent two weeks in jail before being released and having the case against him dropped. But what happened before he was released is just tragic and he is now suing the companies that accused him of being the suspect when it wasn't him.
