In this episode of The Moving Mastery Podcast, Louis Massaro shares how to step into your new role as a Moving CEO.

You’ll learn:

  • Why you must think about your business differently when you’re ready to scale
  • What meetings, reports, and schedules you must have as a Moving CEO
  • How to remove yourself from your previous role as just a business owner

When Louis started his moving company as a 19-year old kid, he was working out of a truck rental yard.

There was no CEO talk. It was just hustle and grind, hustle and grind.

But when Louis started to realize that he was building an empire, he knew he needed to take a different approach.

Because the person that he was, the leader that he was, the business owner that he was, that got him to that level, wasn't the person that he needed to be to manage the business that he had built and manage the business moving forward, and to be able to scale.

And so Louis adopted the identity and the mindset of being a Moving CEO.

In this final episode of the Moving CEO Scaling Series, Louis shares what you must do to step into the role of a Moving CEO. He gives you the five things you need in place to go from working IN your business to working ON your business.

When it’s time to scale, you want to be able to run our business differently. If you've ever heard the expression, "What got you here, won't get you there".

You have to realize that hustle and hard work will only get you to a certain level, and then you will be stuck.

Because you run out of hustle and hard work. You only have so much hustle and hard work to tap into.

Even if you go 24/7, even if you go 25/8, the reservoir of hustle and grind runs dry. It's not scalable. So you need to shift the way that you run your business.

And in order to do that and scale, you've got to set yourself up by stepping into this new role as Moving CEO, to be able to handle things differently.

Learn how to see the bigger picture, as opposed to being lost in all the day-to-day. Get all the details on point, stabilize them, systematize them, by Stepping Into Your New Role as Moving CEO!
