Francie Millan, the radiant 21-year-old titleholder of Miss Grand Texas 2023, balances her reign with a thriving real estate career in her home state. Alongside her family, she's made her mark on San Antonio's food scene, co-founding the city's first-ever Uruguayan restaurant.
An enthusiastic soccer fan with a passion for gastronomy, Francie loves exploring new cultures and cherishing moments with her family. As a first-generation American of Uruguayan descent, she holds the unique distinction of being the first person from her cultural background to win both the San Antonio Teen USA and Miss Grand Texas titles, marking an unprecedented chapter in American pageantry.
Francie's ambitions reach far beyond the crown. Her dreams extend to being the first American-Uruguayan with a national title in the US, alongside nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit. Her aspirations include expanding her ventures across various sectors including real estate, fashion, and the restaurant industry.
Fluent in Spanish and proud of her Latin heritage, Francie is a vocal advocate for the Latin community. This summer, she steps into the national spotlight as she competes for the Miss Grand United States title, hoping to become the USA's representative at Miss Grand International in Vietnam.
