This Saturday I got invited to talk to the 'Young Champions' by time to change. Sharing my story, but also sharing how creating videos can help inspire others.
This was an amazing opportunity for me, to combine two things I'm hugely passionate about... Mental health awareness and social media marketing.
In fact, it came at a time when I've been really thinking about the impact of sharing your story on social media. Over the past 6 months I've had countless messages saying that my videos and posts helped, but now, I'm also receiving messages of people who are sharing their story openly and saying that I inspired them to do so. I think we underestimate how powerful sharing something on social media can be, and I wanted to highlight that in this episode.
So this is a newly recorded, just for you, episode covering some of the key points I shared on Saturday.
Hopefully it inspires you to go out and share your story too.
Hopefully you get some value from this episode, and as always don't forget to subscribe!
A rating and a review always helps a Podcast get more exposure too, so if you have a minute spare, I'd truly appreciate it!
Together, let's stand up to the stigma.
