In this episode I explore the use of time. I touch on how we love to complain we don't have time and a conversation where someone commented that people are stingy with their time and attention.
I also talk about using my time to train for 10K races as part of my goal to be in better shape at 40 than I was at 20, and how running is just putting one foot in front of the other.
From there we take a look at compounding and how using our time on activities that compound can give us the best results and help us achieve our goals.
