Welcome to episode 25. That topic that is not often discussed, how to price your wedding photography.

Pricing! It’s a very controversial topic and I feel this episode may be the first of many we discuss on the topic. We have no issues talking about how much we charge for wedding photography and we break the price down so it might help you price your photography. Many wedding photographers feel that the “value” of photography is dropping in the UK but are we thinking as business people or artists? If you are part time photographer, does that mean you should be charging less. Should there be an industry standard price?

Don’t undervalue yourself or the industry. Work out the basic price and then add what you feel you deserve for all the hard work and risk.
