I know what you're thinking...
Yea right. The hook to get me to listen and then it's some lame idea that doesn't work for me.
I get it. But this is a chance for you to really open up your heart and your mind and see just how this concept can change your life.
And put it into practice now.
Before I had kids, I was a selfish human being. Everything revolved around me.
Then after I had kids, my whole world revolved around THEM. There was no ME in the picture. It was KIDS ALL CONSUMING.
Feeding, nursing, cleaning, bath time, laundry, driving to everywhere, school, doctors, cooking, soccer, football, emotional needs...JESUS, the list was endless. And at times, can still be today.
Over time, my needs got pushed further and further down on my priority list and I FINALLY CRASHED. Hard.
But when I started taking care of myself and LOVING MYSELF DEEPLY, my whole world changed.
You can't give what you don't have.
And when you truly get that, it automatically dissolves this incessant need to keep doing more. That self care is selfish. And tending to everyone's needs so hard that you neglect your own.
That all goes away. Naturally.
So, I invite you to open up with your big beautiful heart and listen to today's episode.
What's possible for you when you radically LOVE yourself?
Here's the life-changing program she's referring to : TCP by Jim Fortin

This is the book she refers to : Love yourself like your life depends on it.
