In this episode we are joined by our very own Jane Deeks, a specialist in all things VAT and Adam Vickers of The Property Foundations Group to discuss the importance of taking VAT advice early on in any property transaction. Particularly important given the value of buying and selling land and buildings, and the keenness of developers and landlords to purchase commercial buildings to convert into residential. We discuss the Capital Goods Scheme and the Golden Brick principle and much more besides. Adam provides an invaluable contribution and insight into the current property market and the importance of moving with the changing environment.
