A lot of us were familiar with the word "meditate". And most people are really into this kind of thing and testify that it really helped them. But do we really understand meditation and the benefits we can get while doing it?
In today's episode of The Recovering Entrepreneur Show, I was joined by Shai Tubali. He is a Ph.D. holder, a philosopher, and an author. He is the author of over a dozen books. His newest book, "Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Meditation," explores 35 meditation techniques from all over the world. With postgraduate expertise in science fiction film and pop culture, he shares the common principles that can help modern humans struggling with trauma, fear, uncertainty, depression, anxiety, and screen addiction.
During our discussion, he shares his knowledge about meditation. He also shared some of the meditation techniques that are commonly used by a lot of people. And also, what meditation can do to people who are in addiction recovery.
