Join Jennifer and Michelle as they explore the topic of boosting the group coaching conversation in the virtual and remote space. Jennifer Britton's first book, Effective Group Coaching, was the world's first book published on the topic of group coaching more than a decade ago (Wiley, 2009). In this episode They will consider 4 core areas which characterize group coaching including creating a space for reflection, action, awareness and insight.
In this episode we explore:

  • What coaching is, and is not. How a coaching approach can be incorporated by organizations, teams, leaders and individuals.
  • Ensuring that there is time for people to pause and do some stocktaking.
  • The importance of putting things into action.
  • Coaching around what people are gleaning from the coaching process.
  • What new awareness is being created through the conversation.
