SAC Janeen DiGuiseppi is the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office in Albany, New York. Prior to that, Janeen was the Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s Training Division.
Janeen joined the FBI as a Special Agent in 1999, following an impressive career as an officer in the United States Air Force, and was first assigned to the Salt Lake City Field Office,where she worked violent crime, drug, and public corruption violations.
Capt. Robert Appleton is Captain of the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of Albany, New York. Rob is a mission driven and innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in law enforcement. He has experience in strategy, operations and tactics; organizational diagnosis and interventions; the design and facilitation of large-scale events and meetings; and is committed to leadership development activities.
Over his impressive career, Rob has developed strong strategic planning, leadership and facilitation skills through effective communication across all organizational levels internally, and through a passion in supporting the communities within which he and his teams serve externally.
Rebecca Ryan is a noted top 50 professional futurist, economist, best-selling author and entrepreneur. Rebecca also founded NEXT Generation Consulting, through which she partners with private and public sector leaders across the country.
Looking a generation ahead, she outlines strategies in urban planning, economic development, and workforce development to ensure communities are well equipped for future trends and challenges.
Rebecca is a graduate of Drake University with a certificate in Strategic Foresight from University of Houston; and she is on the Executive Committee of the global Association of Professional Futurists.
As a Design Director at Duke CE, James Cross assists with the design and delivery of innovative developmental and educational solutions for a variety of global clients. He plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Duke CE’s faculty and teams to manage the client relationship, instructional design, budget and operational direction of customised leadership development programmes.
Prior to joining Duke CE, James served as an Officer in the British Army for over 16 years. He has undertaken six operational tours in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and most recently in Afghanistan.
