Christian Osgood is a 32-year-old Real Estate Investor with a 200+ unit portfolio of Multifamily and Hospitality properties, based in Washington State and Texas. In 2020, Christian left a 4 year sales career at the Costar group to become a full time investor and with $100,000, utilized creative finance to purchase $24,000,000 in real estate assets.
