I've been wondering what in the world is going on in regards to so many "christians" leaving the faith, deconstructing their faith and deconverting. This is a major trend within the evangelical church and it doesn't seem to be going away any time soon. I believe that many will be 'leaving' the faith due to various reasons. One of the main reasons this is happening is because the church has failed to present a balanced gospel message. In this very short episode, I just wanted to give you all some initial thoughts as to what deconstruction is, why it's happening and set the stage for upcoming podcasts that dive deeper into this subject.
