We've all heard about people living on autopilot, and at some point in your life, I'm sure you've done it too. Living on autopilot is when you're not present mentally, or emotionally, but physically life goes on. You still go to work, you still take care of the kids, maybe you even go to the gym. But while that body is moving, your head is elsewhere. A lot of people try to tell you to snap out of autopilot, to escape the mundanity of following routines, BUT in reality, sometimes it's that autopilot that can help us get through the rough times. This week I was going through some family matters that meant my head was totally out of the game, but you know what? Life pushed forward and I managed to get shit done! So how can you still be productive and push your life forward in those moments instead of letting time and life just slip away? Autopilot can be a powerful tool if your working with the right habits!
