HBCU Takeover
Manage episode 311413486 series 3119774
Happy Homecoming FAMU Rattlers! That's right, this week is a takeover with none other than the Rattler himself, Johnathan McLeod. This episode we dive into a lot of great gems on what it means to attend an HBCU and the pride that comes with it. Special shout-out to all my family and friends that have attended or are currently attending FAMU. The legacy and history of HBCUs are important and should be protected at all cost.
Johnathan McLeod's Bio
I am Johnathan D. McLeod, a second year Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering major at the Florida A&M University and Florida State University’s College of Engineering, additionally, I am currently employed as a Human Resources manager for a local company here in Tallahassee, Florida. A native of the West Indies, I grew up in a firm Caribbean family, who ironically were all STEM majors. I was taught the value of hard work and perseverance from a very tender age. The person who I am today is an infallible testament of my indefatigable efforts to always strive for absolute excellence. Standing on the teachings of my faith, and operating under the lessons my family has truly paved a well-rounded path for me, though sometimes trying, success is always a possibility. I plan to pursue a career in the field of corporate processing as my passion belongs to both industrial and company analytics engineering.
