The truth is Ministry has changed and it continues to change. In an ever evolving world with the availability of new technology and how people feel about God and Faith; there are far fewer people who talk about themselves as being religious, even if they are members of a faith based community.
Why is this the case?
Is the church keeping up with how the world is changing? Is the church making adjustments to accommodate the busy schedules, distractions and other things that keep people out of church.
Why is it that the church gets pushed down on the list of priorities for our congregations?
Is the Church staying on top of technology and the ways to connect with new followers, those seeking answers along with the existing faith believers?
This conversation really has us take a look at what we are doing now, we dive into other ways of making connections and evaluate if we are missing the mark in our ministry.
