We finally get the debut of RODDY PIPER on NITRO but it is overshadowed by ERIC BISCHOFF turning his back on WCW and joining forces with the NEW WORLD ORDER. WORLD WAR 3 was a fun night of wrestling but how does the concept hold up? ULTIMO DRAGON has a stretch of two amazing matches on both the NITRO and WORLD WAR 3. WHO wins the 60-man battle royal? Is it better than the ROYAL RUMBLE? We talk about the impact of the PILLMAN/AUSTIN infamous gun wielding segment that happened on the other channel. What was the reception to this reality-based programming? Did WCW have an extreme response? MR. PERFECT is heading over to WCW but what does he have left to give in the ring physically?
