Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the Interwebs, the ominous music starts and a surprise special summer SquadCast appears from the murky depths! Don't blame us - we couldn't help ourselves after hearing about all the cool stuff being revealed at San Diego Comic Con. Not gonna lie, it gets a little nerdy up in here. So nerdy in fact that Rob both nods off AND storms off the panel during the same discussion. But you won't nod off because we're talking about a bunch of new toys and collectibles on the horizon, hot off the presses from SDCC 2019, including new Marvel Legends figs, Masters of the Universe goodies, and a slew of new Star Wars items. Then we discuss some new movies and trailers we've seen (and, ok, some we've not seen), and Rick and Patti get engrossed debating the new "Phase 4 MCU" and gender equality in the Marvel Universe. Yeah, it's that deep. Meanwhile, Frank remains hidden in the upside-down for a portion of the show, Rick nearly spit-takes on his laptop when Patti hints at something she may need to wear during the new "It" film, and lots more on this all-too-alliterative Surprise Summer SDCC Special SquadCast!
