alchemy. : the medieval chemical science and speculative philosophy whose aims were the transmutation of the base metals into gold, the discovery of a universal cure for diseases, and the discovery of a means of indefinitely prolonging life
Entertain the Metaphysical perspective
- Lead(base metals) into Gold
- Each is valuable in its own way
- Lead: batteries, crystal, weights, storage. Can be toxic.
- Gold: currency, jewelry, investment, awards and medals
- we are made up of the same elements as everything else
Through a process we can affect disease and longevity
The Process
- The Breakdown
- Die to the five senses and embrace the beyond
- Self-reflection: Let what needs to go, go. Let what needs to come, come.
- Incorporate new thinking
- Adopt practices that cultivate “newness”
- Learn to love the dragon, and put it in its place
- Adapt to the new you

- Call it out as alchemy and embrace the unknown.

- Believe that there is more going on that what is seen
The Mentor Perspective
- Expose yourself to truth outside of your comfort zone and keep an open mind.
- Help others to do the same.
