James Rosone was just on the podcast a few weeks ago. During that interview we started discussing how writing helped him through his struggles with PTSD. After we wrapped the interview, we both agreed that we did not dedicate enough time to that very important topic.
So, he’s back.
Tonight, we talk to James about how writing created a pathway to coping with his service-related PTSD. We also discuss other treatment modalities that have helped him along the way. We sincerely hope that if you are dealing with trauma and looking for a positive pathway to coping or getting treatment, this interview is a benefit. Thank you, James.
