Today I talk about the sneaky ways imposter syndrome manifests itself in our work/career as art therapists. It can actually affect you at any point in your career, but it is especially so for recent graduates and new art therapists. Learn how you can break through this pattern.

What you’ll learn in this episode:

- What’s imposter syndrome and how it shows up in job searching, negotiating, client work, additional certifications/training, burnout, starting a business, etc.

- How I realized what I did in early career was stemming from imposter syndrome and what I did to release it and feel confident as an art therapist to start my own online business

- The affirmations & reminders you can use to get unstuck in this pattern of feeling like an imposter
