After being a restauranter for almost 40 years, Asha Jhaveri recently published a book titled, Swati Snacks: A Culinary Journey Of Hope And Joy.

They talk about the journey of Swati Snacks from the time Asha joined, how the sole objective of Swati Snacks is to increase loyal customers by being consistent in their traditional taste and quality, and why they feel the need to keep innovating their menu even if their customers come back for staple dishes.
