About Dr. Danny:
Dr. Danielle Stewart, affectionately called Dr. Dani, is president of iChange Collaborative, a DEI consulting company that helps organizations build inclusive cultures. Danielle is the author of Facilitating Conversations about Race in the Classroom (Routledge 2022) and is a tireless community organizer and education advocate. Through her creativity, innovation and passion.
She designs professional development experiences for schools, nonprofits, and businesses to raise cultural competency and cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership. She founded 501C3 Community Empowerment Foundation, and programs such as College Prep and Connect, Education Advocacy Awareness and Future Plan Mapping through her In School Spirit initiative to stimulate the love of leading and learning for students of color.
She partners with community organizations to provide programming for youth, coaches innovation fellows in DEIB program design, and facilitates the iChange Educators of Color Resource Group.
