Prior to founding Minnesota Cannabis Law, Jason served as the Minnesota Political Director for the Marijuana Policy Project, where he played a key role in drafting legislation to legalize recreational marijuana for adults in Minnesota. Jason frequently speaks on legal matters related to hemp, CBD, and marijuana, sharing his expertise with audiences around the country.
