In aflevering #16 heb je al een keer eerder kunnen luisteren naar Michelle van Gent. Dat gesprek was erg inspirerend voor vele luisteraars. Ondertussen is er veel veranderd in haar werk binnen Fontys hogescholen. Zo houd ze zich intensief bezig met de onderwijs principes van HILL: High Impact Learning that Lasts, van prof. Filip Dochy. In deze aflevering legt Michelle uit hoe haar rol als HBO-docent daardoor ingrijpend is gewijzigd.
En ook in haar privé leven is er iets veranderd. Allemaal zeer positieve veranderingen en daarom heb ik Michelle opgezocht op haar werkplek in Tilburg, om bij te praten!
