In this episode I interview with a Literacy Specialist and an Instructional Leader. The job of a teacher is really hard and a lot things make it even harder. The pressure of test scores, effective classroom management, teacher training, the students' reading achievement levels, what should be included in the curriculum, teacher evaluation process, parent involvement and much, much more. All of these things came up in my conversation with our guest who shares her teacher life and experiences with us; she is incredibly transparent, intelligent, and humble. I found so much in her story I could related to and I hope you will too.
