This episode will be the introduction to a series of talks containing information that will help us design a life that is in alignment with God’s Design for our lives. God’s Design leads us to a successful life. My idea of success in life is living out my purpose. Everything else is perks & the sprinkles on top! My biggest objective is to walk into my destiny by obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle found in biblical principals. There are a few main areas I’m hoping to help us improve in: Mental Health, Physical Health, & Spiritual Health. It all starts in our heads! Yep, we’re starting with our philosophy. Let’s Dive In.
