Hello beautiful people, it's Village Mentality Wednesday!
Tune in this week as I talk about, "The Importance of Identifying Your Triggers. At some point in your life you may have experienced a traumatic event. As a result, there may certain sounds, words, smells...etc., that may cause (trigger) a reaction from you that you may not understand. Let's learn together about the different types of triggers and how important it is to know which kind of trigger may be impacting you.
In my segment, "Let's Talk About It," It's that time of year again where millions of our children and youth return to school. Let's talk about what it means to return to school and how distressing that can be for some of our children and why. Also, check out who I will be highlighting for Black History Wednesday.
