ABOUT MARIE-FRANCE ARRUDA

My name is Marie-France, I’m French Canadian originally from Quebec.

I come from humble beginnings. Both my parents worked to make ends meet and give us what we needed.

I was married for 9 years and my family now consists of my Son, Daughter-in-law and my 4 grand-children. They are my everything and I want to leave them a legacy so they can do what they want and not what they are told to do.

I have been living paycheck to paycheck since my divorce, I’m at retirement’s door and it’s time I live the life I want as well.

Real Estate Investing is perfect, it’s the start of my legacy and financial freedom. I don’t want to look through the looking glass at others living the dream life I want.

I am the real estate investor for busy people who are tired of living paycheck to paycheck. My focus is on assisting parents who desire to prioritize their family time while also generating a reliable source of income. With four children of my own, I empathize with the longing to provide for their needs and simultaneously create meaningful memories with them. I also understand that many people don’t want to be slaves to a job, but rather have purposeful and meaningful work. My desire is to help people achieve their goal of having financial and time freedom. I have achieved my goal of working for myself as a psychotherapist, which provides me with a sense of purpose, while also prioritizing my loved ones.
