Hey there! Welcome to your National Weather Service forecast for Washington DC.
Today, get ready for some sunshine with a high near 73 degrees. The northwest wind will be blowing at 8 to 10 miles per hour - nothing too crazy.
Tonight, it's going to be clear with a low around 49. Expect a light northwest wind to breeze through.
Looking ahead to Monday, keep that sunscreen handy because it's going to be sunny again with a high near 79. The wind will shift from calm to west at around 6 miles per hour in the afternoon.
As we move into the rest of the week, temperatures will rise. Tuesday will bring more sunshine with a high near 85, followed by a clear night around 60. Wednesday through Friday will continue the trend of sunny days, with highs ranging from 87 to 84 degrees.
And don't worry, the weekend looks promising with partly sunny skies and highs around 84 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday.
