Good morning, afternoon, or evening to all you weather enthusiasts out there! It's time to dive into the exciting world of weather, specifically for Washington DC.
So, what's the scoop for the next few days in the DC area? Well, grab your umbrellas because we've got some showers and thunderstorms overnight with lows around 69°F and a northeast wind cruising at a not-so-chilly 9 miles per hour.
As we slide into Wednesday, expect more showers and thunderstorms before 2 pm, then scattered ones throughout the afternoon. Highs near 75°F with some patchy fog in the mix. The northeast wind will be blowing at 9 to 11 miles per hour, possibly gusting up to 21 miles per hour.
Moving on to Wednesday night, it's looking like scattered showers and thunderstorms hanging around. Expect mostly cloudy skies with lows around 65°F and a north wind at 6 to 8 miles per hour.
And let's not forget about Thursday! There's a chance of showers mainly after 2 pm with a high near 79°F and a gentle north wind floating around at 8 miles per hour.
