We all have been traumatized and colonized. Our minds, bodies, spirits and souls have been imprinted and damaged by colonization over many generations. It takes all of us to root out and transformed the belief systems, the ideas and the actions that fuel white supremacy, as well as male supremacy and human supremacy. White supremacy is a toxic part of colonization. We have all been imprinted and we must all heal from it. We are ready for this work. The only way to move forward as a people is to decolonize our minds and hearts and actions.
