Offering you peace and love from the rainforest of Hawaii Island.
I offered counsel to a person yesterday. This person is a caregiver and way in the camp of overwhelm.
I held space of them, offering a gentle and safe space for them to share their feelings.
No judgement. No 'must do's. Simple listening with an open and compassionate heart.
I shared these words which wove themselves into my podcast today.
We have the right to ask for divine help when things become too much.
We've been brainwashed into thinking that we 'must do it all' to be successful.
We can't do it all. There is no need to.
In this podcast I offer wisdom on using Mother Earth as a conduit of healing.
She doesn't want you to 'do it all' and you are never, never alone or without resources.
An excellent episode for those in profound grief searching for a way to unburden a shattered heart.
