It has been a full three weeks in my hospice work. Very raw and real moments of this existence we call life.
it is no easy feat to watch your life partner fade from this world, body riddled with disease knowing there is nothing you can do to stop it.
There are moments in life that define us...this experience is one of them.
In this episode I speak candidly of what I've come to call profound grief. This grief experience stops you cold, freezing you in the moment. Everything, all parts of your life, all parts of you physically, mentally and emotionally are affected.
As my one client said recently, " I never knew something could hurt this much."
